Bubos Smart Fast Heating Baby Bottle Warmer

I am one to really make a purchase based on reviews. I also am not one to read instructions. When I first started using this, I just placed the bottle in it with the required water and without anything else. It would still be cool and not warm (milk). However, It dawned on me to put the ring that came with the warmer on top of the bottle after I place it into the warmer to trap the heat in and that was the trick! My opinion now went to a positive one!! (No fault other than my own). It heats the bottles quickly as expected (when using the ring around top of bottles) with the required amount of water to be added.
First complaint is the measuring cup that goes on the side has writing the same color as the cup which makes it so difficult to see. I have to use a sharpee to mark it so I can easily and quickly fill it up. Pain!
Only other complaint I had is we have well water which is ‘hard’ so it leaves the film in the grooves of the warmer which is difficult to clean if you don’t add water right after heating a bottle to boil it off.
Other than that, great product!
A nice baby bottle warmer that also saves on counter space. My daughter purchased this unit to be kept at my home when taking care of my grandson. The unit was easy to use once I read the instructions on how much water is needed to warm up my grandsons bottles (using the included small measuring receptacle). The bottle heated up nicely without overheating the formula. Very happy with this unit!

Update 10/30/19: I still use this unit to warm up my grandsons bottles. A few months ago I started using the unit to warm up his baby food in glass baby food jars I saved for this purpose. Just put the jar (with no lid of course) in the basket that was included with this unit, read the instructions again to see how much water is needed to warm up the baby food in jars and turned on the unit. Once it’s done steaming to warm up the baby food I lift out the basket to cool the glass jar and then I stir the baby food in the jar to distribute the heat. While still cooling in the jar I get my grandson ready for his feeding, then transfer the baby food to his dish and done! I do clean inside the unit with an old bottle brush to avoid mineral buildup on a weekly basis, I let it air dry or use a paper towel to dry the inside and put it away until his next visit. As long as you read the instructions to use and care for this warming unit it will work great and last a long time. I’m still happy with this warming unit.
The price of this bottle warmer is a fraction of the cost of others I looked into. So while the reviews were good, I wasn’t expecting much. With my first child, the warmer I had just held stagnant water in it. This one only adds the exact amount you need to steam away. Much more sanitary I think. The temperature is perfect. It hears quickly. My only complaint is the little measuring cup can be hard to read which takes a little more precious time when you have a hungry baby. But all in all I am more than pleased, especially with saving a ton of money!
I bought this bottle warmer for my niece as a new mom gift. It looks like very easy to use, and it has auto turn off function. It can warm baby bottles and food jars with a little basket. For anything I can think about that would be perfect if it has other languages in manual.
So we purchased this bottle warmer after our $40 bottle warmer crapped out on us after only 3 months. After that experience we did not want to spend a lot of money on a bottle warmer that would probably break again. For $17 I don’t think we could have found a better bottle warmer. I’ve only had it for about a week now but so far so good. As others have mentioned the measuring cup for the water is absolutely ridiculous, you can not see the measurements unless you are holding it up to a light source, but this was easily resolved by just using a medicine cup. It also took some experimentation to find the right amount of water to use with our particular brand of bottle because it takes almost twice the amount of water to heat the milk than what is recommended. I love that it is wide enough to fit any bottle, our brand of bottles are perhaps one of the widest on the market. This is an extremely fast warmer which is a huge improvement from our previous one that heated by circulating warm water which took about 10-15 minutes for 5 oz for our brand of bottles. Once you have all the initial kinks worked out it is very easy to use just pour in water, put bottle in, and press the on button and that’s it, and it will automatically shut off once done. This is a great product and the fact it is only $17 makes this a great buy, would highly reccomend this product over an expensive one any day.
Yes it does work very well for me and I only use it on the weekends for my niece. Yes like the other reviews said it does get a little brown in the Bottom but I know of the expensive ones to do the same thing so I would recommend it to anyone else.
This bottle warmer has been great! It heats by steam which is much faster than other water submersion bottle warmers I've used. It's ultra simple, press a button and it automatically turns off when it's done. The water measurement device stores directly on the warmer itself. The measurement device is the only downside but a minor one. It measures in terms of ml and is difficult to read in low lighting which is typically the case for those midnight or early morning feedings. Please don't let this dissuade you from trying this product out. The cost is much lower than many competitors and blows them out the water with performance and usability.
I first purchased a large, bulky, fancy, & to expensive bottle warmer, thinking for that kind of money, certainly it would have auto shut-off, And be user friendly?! Nope, not the case. I was apprehensive about purchasing the Bubos Bottle Warmer for 3 reasons :: A. There was a HUGE price difference from the first warmer I purchased B. It was WAY smaller compared to the first warmer & C. Would it be compatible with the Advent Bottles I use, because they're so wide. ** It fits ALL sizes of bottles, it is small & compact, so it doesn't take up a ton of space, it has auto shut-off, & is super affordable! I'm very happy with my purchase!
I have only used it a couple of times but so far I like it. It doesn't use a lot of water to create steam to hit the milk. I was able to use it for breastmilk. I liked at more expensive gadgets that were more fancy with other features but in the end, I just needed something simple to operate and that I can also use to travel. It was a great value.
