The package comes with the machine, power adapter, protective glasses, and a shaver. 

The power adapter voltage is wide range (100v-240v) so it is good for international travel. The English manual is a little bit hard to understand. However, the machine itself is quite easy to use. Just press the flash button and that's it. Pressing the power button will adjust the power rating. I tried the lowest setting and didn't feel a thing. I think the one I got may be a little under powered. Then I tried the highest setting and now I can feel the slight burning sense. The machine has built-in fans to keep it cool during operation. The laser hair remover works by burning the hair all the way to the skin pore, basically damage the skin cell so no more hair will grow back. There are many video on YouTube to explain how it works and I recommend you watch it. The manual says if you use it once a week, you may have to use for 8 weeks to be effective. Also it is not permanent removal just some sort of longer term. Also it is supposed to work best with dark hair on light skin. Worst scenario will be light hair on dark skin.

Overview: Not having experienced it before, this is a great way to keep off unwanted hair, but may not be for the faint hearted and best works on light skin and dark hair.

Unboxing: This is not the smallest box in the world, but for very good reason. In the box are the tool, instructions, a scraper (not entirely sure what for, but okay), and, MOST IMPORTANTLY, goggles for protecting your eyes.

A NOTE ON EYE PROTECTION: There are FAA regulations against the use of laser pointers on plane cockpits and for good reason. Lasers have this nasty habit of being so bright as to be able to damage eyes permanently. DO NOT PLUG THIS DEVICE IN, EVEN, WITHOUT WEARING YOUR EYE PROTECTION. I thought it might be a little bright, what with the handle and coverage, but it was extremely bright, even through the goggles, and, of course, you shouldn’t try doing this without being able to see what you are doing. DO NOT LEAVE WHERE CHILDREN WILL PLAY WITH IT.

Use: The instructions say to first shave down location to no more than 2 mm in length. The reason is that the longer the hair, the more shadows and the less effective the laser hair remover will be, so take this seriously. It also says that you can hold down the button while gliding over the skin to have it sort-of “rapid fire” over the skin. First, there is nothing rapid about it, so you would have to glide very slowly over the skin for it to be of any great use. Second, because of this it is faster to do what is shown in the video on the Amazon page, just zapping one small section at a time. These instructions also say that this is done over a long period of time for more permanent results, so I will be updating this review should anything go sideways, but so far, so good. When the hair is zapped down, it really is smooth, and it comes back up less course than shaving alone.

Summary: So far so good. The skin comes out smooth afterwards, though you MUST do as the instructions say. There are a fair number of warnings, including that it apparently is less effective the lighter the hair, and there are inherent dangers to eyesight and should be kept out of the hands of children. One more thing, it has a countdown. In other words, the transmitters are only good for a certain number of zaps. It is a HUGE number of zaps, but still, this is something to consider if more than one person is going to be using it over a vastly extended period of time. (Yes, that many zaps.)
This is a cute little machine, came with vey good quality protection glasses as well.

It does need quick a bit more frequent treatments than a professional treatment for sure, but it seems to be working well so far.

I have been using it for a couple of weeks now and I have noticed that my hairs are taking longer to grow.

I must say it is a great buy that is a very affordable way to remove your hair and keep up on any touch ups. This hair removal device design is sleek and functional，it makes hair removal so convenient and relaxing!!! I like to open the ice mode first, that makes very comfortable. Second, press power button to adjust energy level to suitable the skin, but just keep in mind, the higher the level the stronger the laser (thus, may not tolerance), of course that’ll vary for everyone. I initially cranked it to the 3 setting, gentle and painless; afterward I cranked it to the highest setting and did give myself minor pain that kind of like a small rubberband hitting you lightly, but the skin will not have any redness, it’s totally worth for me to faster hairlessl. I usually use it once a week and just take about 15mins on my arms and chin every time. It's easy to use and save my time. Very satisfied so far. After just few times used, my arm line had a significant reduction of hair. I also used underarms, legs, It works great! There was no discomfort at all with treatment. Great product!
